Rev. Dana Peterson is a future-oriented leader with a career as an agent of planned change. As a person who can communicate, can empower people to carry out their vision, and as trained intentional interim pastor, Dana can join ideas to real-life process and bring strategic focus to organizational issues, specializing in congregations, non-profits and ministry organizations. 

He has recently focused on helping congregations and non-profits discern their values, mission, and vision to give them a vital, vibrant, and viable future.
     Dana has experience with multi-million dollar budgets and diverse staff settings, has been an Associated Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and  He has consulted with the ELCA Mission Investment Fund's Capital Campaign Services.
     He is a husband, a father of four, grandfather of six amazing children, loves to ride his Ducati, will take every opportunity to play his bass guitar, and is continually seeking to be follower of Jesus.

      Dana has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Divinity from Luther-Northwestern Theological Seminary.
